It's cute and works well.

Pretty and works well. The flat bottom is perfect for what I wanted and for some reason it's hard to find on one of these. Some people complain about loose screws. You have to understand that this is not bad. Proper seasoning requires removing the handle to allow the oil and heat to penetrate this part of the cast iron. Loose screws will only make it easier to remove the handle for it, and when the seasoning is done, screw them tight. If you season this thing properly the first time and care for it as cast iron is meant to be cared for, then you won't have the rusting problem that some have complained about. If you've never used cast iron cookware before, I recommend watching several videos on the internet about how to use and clean it before you buy. Then buy this one with confidence because it's excellent. The only thing I would warn you about is that heat will be transferred to the metal handle, so use some sort of oven mitt. The metal handle looks like it should last a lifetime - it just gets a little warm after being in the pan for a while.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Not everything is as good as it says
