While I did find a few treasures in the SUREMATE online shop, I was disappointed by the overall quality. discovering something of value requires sifting through a great deal of muck, much like discovering a diamond in the rough. Although they have a wide variety to choose from, the standard of the vast majority of their offerings is poor. Although the apparel and footwear may appear stylish on the website, when received they often prove to be of low quality. The jewelry is inconsistent as well, with some items being quite nice and others clearly designed for a child's play set. In addition, while the website is user-friendly, support is missing. Trying to get in touch with them for help is like looking for a needle in a field. In general, SUREMATE is an online shop I'd only suggest to those who have the time and patience to sift through their offerings in search of a hidden gem. If you want dependable and high-quality clothing, you should seek elsewhere.
