Great tool kit, durable construction that lasts. but the hawthorn sieve is not very good, and there are things in it which I do not need. As a professional bartender, I've been looking for a hawthorn with more spring rebound so I don't have to worry about it spilling on the sides, it's too stiff and the tight spring catches hard-to-peel fruits and herbs. . Luckily a julep strainer is included which I can replace but the julep strainer doesn't have a hole in the back making it impossible to hang from a hook under the pole. I could also do without the basic cocktail brochure. The addition of 2 spouts is nice though.
