If handled properly, they will last a long time.
These drill bits are the best I've used in 20 years of woodworking. I have tried other brands such as de walt bosch and wolf craft. These bits are made in China, ugh! but the quality is there. Don't use high speed with a lot of pressure and they will do a fine job.
