This ham net is as advertised. This is an amazing material, very durable and stretchy. I only give it 3 stars because I only cooked 1 ham and when I tried to put it on top of the ham it didn't go all the way through. It only stretches for a little ham and I didn't use any kind of gutter to put it on either. However, I now have enough mesh for another 25 hams, which means it will sit in my kitchen drawer for another 19 years. Bottom line: if you are a butcher and have a ham platter this is perfect for you. If this is your first ham you are making, you can purchase a shorter length and ham skin.
