Review on Enhanced Oral Care with the Sulcabrush Handle - Pack of 3 by Mary Campbell

I have been using Sulcabrush for years since my dental hygienist recommended it to me almost 20 years ago. I don't change nibs as often as I should, but the pens last as long as I can remember. Until recently I had to buy new pens. I have one for my husband and one for me. Everything was fine with me, but my husband had a defect. The outer one you screw the tip into was done backwards. So he could only use it for the inside of his mouth. I don't know if you can tell from the uploaded picture. It's hard to say, but the top will undoubtedly not stay on the outside. When he contacted the manufacturer directly, he was told they were aware of the issue and would be sending a replacement. I don't know which batch was defective. Hope this information helps others. Hopefully we'll get a replacement soon.
