Received unit and paid for installation. The remote control didn't work at all, the DVD player had problems, discs wouldn't eject. It took some time before the hard drives were finally restored. Email XO Support for remote support as most tools are remote controlled. XO emailed back with a case number but there was no response as to support or replacement of the remote - it has tested functionality as expected. Well you get what you pay for. such a complication. back the block and ate the install fee. thanks HO
