Bamboo Cloud has been able to help our business with not only their website, but also our marketing campaign by being able to create an email system that's simple to use every day of the week. They're always willing to work with you if there is something they think can be improved. For example, when we first used them it was extremely difficult for our team to understand how to navigate the platform which slowed down our efforts at reaching out to new clients. Our website is currently live, but I know we will implement some SEO changes soon! We are using the Bamboo Cloud program to power our email campaigns. With their automated campaigns, we've seen a steady increase in our open rates, click throughs, and ultimately sales. Our overall response rate is now around 12%, which I like that it is easy to use, has many different options for customization and allows you to create your own templates for other users to use! It's not as customizable or intuitive as some of our competitors but we are working with them in order to make improvements. We love how simple this tool makes creating beautiful websites.
