I installed the first protective film and it ripped. I've sold cell phones and put on many screen protectors for customers, so I'm not new to this business. I then installed the mini camera protector which was fine and then switched to a second screen protector on the front. It went through fine, no cracks this time, but it was NOT readable on the fingerprint reader (it had that "rainbow" effect that oil on the pavement gives) and did NOT read my fingerprint. I tried increasing the pressure, redoing the fingerprints, etc. It did NOT work. It didn't even register my fingerprint so I bought a non-tempered screen protector from another company and it works perfectly. I do not recommend this protection for Note 20 Ultra.
