The log management system helped us understand what was happening across our systems better than ever before! We were able solve many problems we had previously been ignoring because they weren't "showstoppers". I would recommend using this product for any serious business need you have - it's amazing how much information can be collected from your logs once set up correctly (and when configured properly!). It has made me realize there really isn't anything else out there quite at its level; if you're looking into something similar but don't want to spend thousands or tens/hundreds of thousands then give this one a try first. Our primary problem solved here was log collection & analysis, which gave us full control over all aspects of where data could come from within our infrastructure. We have been using logZ since 2015 when we started working at The Home Depot (HD). At first it was just used internally but eventually became very popular between our support team & dev teams across multiple projects/teams due primarily because 1) It's free 2.)
