As promised. fits the hole perfectly. I would recommend ordering putty, sealant and screws so you have what you need. I replaced the 94 Lance Camper Vent. I had to re-drill the holes, but that wasn't a big problem. I filled the old holes with caulk. Also removing the old sealant from the old bolt heads was the biggest problem. but I did it. All the work of dismantling the old ventilation and installing a new one took a couple of hours. You will need a drill and a socket to remove and install the new screws. plus drill new holes. I just reused my old putty but I'll be sure to get more when I need it. Went through a couple of rocking thunderstorms and no leaks. really good price for a necessary product.
