Didn't notice any effect at all. Before that, I used bacteria from Tetra, I canโt say that it was WOW !, the bottle was different from the bottle, and in winter the delivery does not comply with any temperature conditions, and the bacteria do not tolerate frost. In addition, these bottles from Tetra do not have any protection against opening, they opened it, poured it out, poured plain water back, screwed the cork back on and sold it. That's why I decided to try these ampoules. Every week, when changing water, I added a whole ampoule to a 100 liter aquarium, well, no effect, from the word at all ! Money down the drain.
