A really necessary purchase, I'm glad I found this product.

Has some pros: In my opinion, this is one of the best options for dormant bacteria for an aquarium. I have been using it for 4 years already, one ampoule per 500 liters once a month when replacing water. The result is definitely there, judging by the amount of deposits on the substrates of the external filter. I keep it in the fridge just in case. The package lasts me a little more than two years. During this time, the efficiency does not drop. Has cons: A little expensive, but given that there

I will never repeat this purchase.

Didn't notice any effect at all. Before that, I used bacteria from Tetra, I can’t say that it was WOW !, the bottle was different from the bottle, and in winter the delivery does not comply with any temperature conditions, and the bacteria do not tolerate frost. In addition, these bottles from Tetra do not have any protection against opening, they opened it, poured it out, poured plain water back, screwed the cork back on and sold it. That's why I decided to try these ampoules. Every week, when

Maintains your tank's health.

Keeps my aquarium in a balanced state. However, you still need to perform scheduled maintenance. Don't judge fish or my living plants.

Pros
  • Concentrated formulas are very effective and economical.
Cons
  • I have no particular complaints about it, everything is fine

May work better than advertised.

Two weeks ago we treated our 46 gallon marine aquarium. Today we completed the water test prior to a 15% partial water change. Ammonia and nitrite levels fell sharply. The ammonia level dropped from about 0.40 ppm to 0.00 ppm. The nitrates fell from 0.25 ppm to almost 0.00 ppm. The fish appear happy and surprisingly the water column appears a little clearer. Added another dose today. We plan to check the ammonia, nitrite and nitrate levels in two weeks.

Pros
  • Available in standard range 1 vial up to 50 gallons/15 days; Per range 1 bottle up to 2500 gallons/15 days
Cons
  • Not bad

Actually works great!

I have used Dry Bacteria for water changes. My ammonia level has always been around 1 ppm per 150 gallons no matter what I do. So I decided to switch to this brand of proactive bacteria. Yesterday I changed the water, added 2 bottles of this product. I woke up and checked the water. Nitrite 0, Ammonia 0, Nitrate 0. I didn't have a 0 because I couldn't get the AIR stamp for good bacteria on Revain anymore. I didn't think it would work because of the minor abomination. But it is, and I recommend…

A must have for any marine aquarist

I have struggled with green algae in my hair for a very long time and nothing has been able to control it. I've tried "boiling" my stone (google it's not what you think it is), I do 20+% water changes every two weeks, I've tried Phosban, phosphate based flocculant and nothing has worked. I've switched from MicroBacter7 to Prodibio Bio Digest and I'm finally seeing a significant reduction in green hair and red slime algae. In fact, after about a month of treatment, they almost completely…

Pros
  • Long shelf life thanks to single dose glass vials filled with argon to remove oxygen; Bacterial products do nothing until used
Cons
  • disappear

Bacterial diversity is key to a successful reef aquarium

The nitrate levels in my system have been high since I installed it 2 years ago. After hearing rave reviews of my LFS, I decided to give it a try. As I have a larger system (350g+) the standard vials were too small so I opted for the "Pro" version. Before the first application I checked the nitrate content. The result was 60-80 ppm, which is unfortunately where they worked. I turned off the skimmer and dispensed 1 vial as instructed. After 3-4 hours I turned the skimmer back on and got on with…

Pros
  • Does not require refrigeration; Just store at room temperature
Cons
  • No automatic
