
As with other customers who have written something very similar, it's hard to tell if the razor head, the razor, or both are at fault. Regardless of what is causing the problem, these 9 Series razor heads have lived an extremely short life for me. The first head that came with the razor lasted almost twelve months. The first head change took almost four months, the last two months. When I say durability I mean that after this point the spring system and foil separate and the razor head becomes unusable. When I'm not using my shaver, I store it in the charging and cleaning unit. I make sure its cleaning solution tank is changed whenever the red light on the machine tells me to replace it. I shave every other day and my stubble isn't that thick. Brown needs to do something to fix this problem. Given the cost of replacing these shaver heads frequently, I don't think my continued use of the shaver is worth the maintenance costs. Until Braun solves this problem, I do not recommend buying a 9 series shaver or its replacement heads.
