Doesn't work with Brother MFC-J450DW

I bought this ink for my Brother MFC-J450DW printer/scanner. I have never had any problems with other manufacturers' inks, but my printer does not print with these inks. I tried several test prints, several cleanings. The best I could get was some black spots. I really hope my printer is not damaged. I will try the original Brother inks and see if they work. When my printer breaks, I get very upset. A reliable printer for a long time.
