Not Worth the Investment
As a result of my tests i determined that this stir-fry pan does not perform well. The non-stick coating wore off after only a few uses, making it difficult to clean and causing food to stick to the surface. The handle also became extremely hot when cooking, making it dangerous to hold without protective gear....
