Great Tool For Tracking Appointments
It's easy to use and it doesn't require any additional equipment other than a web browser and an internet connection. The user interface can be a bit clunky at times. I like how they have streamlined the interface so that things are more intuitive and easier to navigate. There are also many different types of links that you can add to your profile for other users to find. I don't have any complaints about this product. It's very easy to use and has been extremely helpful in keeping track of appointments. Having my schedule synced up with the calendar has helped me keep track of all of my appointments. I've also used it a handful of times to check in with my doctor after having a procedure done. This has helped me stay updated as to what my doctor thinks is going on since he hasn't seen me in a while.
- How responsive customer service was when we had issues initially using doclinks, especially from patient support staff because their response time were almost immediate! Also love our personal account manager who made everything run smoothly during initial set up process along side his colleague (who assisted) too !!! Thank You!!! :D:) :) )!))))
