I had the first mailbox shipped to me and it had dents. There is no inside wrapping/protection around the metal to protect it. Seems like that would be an easy fix. The first one was dented-in on the front edge. They immediately shipped another. But the second replacement mailbox had a smaller dent on top rear corner.Very frustrating and they offered to send a third one but I figured that would just be a bigger problem and we worked out an adjustment in price for the 2nd one.It is now installed finally and looks great. One more note: the 43" black post that was shown with it (sold separately) looks good but the holes do not line up with the mailbox holes/screws to attach it to each other.Be prepared to drill new holes.
