This mat has been a lifesaver for my feet and back while STANDING in the kitchen for hours on end .The rooster design adds a nice touch to my home and kitchen décor. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I know the extra cushioning helps prevent fatigue and pain. The only downside is that its a bit pricey compared to other standing mats. Overall, a great investment for anyone who spends a lot of time on their feet in the kitchen..
