I needed a new dinnerware set for a new short life. They're cute, light, and disperse heat well. The lids are sturdy and I didn't notice any handles or lids that hold water like many less expensive kitchen utensils. My only complaint is that when you drag a pot or pan over the stove, the bottom of the pot gets scratched. It's okay, it's not an investment. But it's a bit annoying. You don't want to cook on high or even high to medium heat, they burn a little faster than some other materials. It's not a problem for me, but if, like my husband, you cook at high power all the time, some adjustment is needed.
