Review on 🚪 Enhanced Yale Keowee Satin Nickel Lever - Passage by Christopher Tillman

I bought this lever (Privacy and Pass) to replace a 10 year old Yale lever. They looked almost exactly like the old ones, but they weren't. They're cheap, easy to install, and work great, but I've had few issues. First, the description says the screws are hidden for a tidy look, but that's not the case. Two screw heads are visible on one side of the door. My elders were gone. The surface is not as smooth as the old one. The old one feels a lot better when you touch it. The privacy lock is a small knob to turn (not visible in the Amazon photo). The old one had a button and was easier to block. The levers come pre-assembled but will need to be removed and replaced depending on the direction of the door. However, there is no explanation in the setup document. In addition, the lever works perfectly.
