Replaced stock antennas on my mofi 4500 sim4 router. Previously I couldn't use carrier aggregation because a tower was too far away (band 4 at&t lte was all I could get). Got about 9 down / 5 up. Added these little guys, reconfigured my router settings and bam! 4-5 cycles of 18 down / 12 up. To put it mildly, I'm very impressed. Sure, YMMV, but to me they're worth it and a good deal. I mount them high up on one of those plastic plant ledges that you attach to the window with suction cups. I used 3m double sided tape on the base to secure it in place. It also allowed me to put the router in a more aesthetic spot in the dining room.
