Review on Telephone Microphone Cancelling Compatible Conference by Deb Wilkes

Headphones came in beautiful packaging and were well thought out in terms of construction. The pillow on it is probably the most comfortable I've ever used. At first I was very satisfied, especially considering the price. I've been using my Plantronics CS520 for a long time with no problems, but gave this headset a try having recently switched to a softphone system. In less than 3 months I've been having issues with the mute button, bluetooth connection to my laptop (or phone) and can't move 3 feet from my laptop without losing connection. I charge it regularly so I'm not sure what the problem is. Not sure if this is a one off issue (maybe I got a bad item) but it's a shame it didn't because comfort wise it's pretty reliable.
