I was amazed at how well this item cleaned everything from pastries and cheeses to greasy pans. The smell is wonderful, doesn't irritate hands. My only problem was on first use, I didn't notice how quickly the soap came out of the bottle when squeezing. But after the first use I was able to follow up better and not put too much soap in the water.
