May I specify? I love this vest! I've been looking for a sleeveless vest for a long time and this one couldn't be more perfect. I'm 5'7", 140 lbs, 40" bust (measured across bust). The vest measures 21 inches from armpit to armpit when unfolded. Double the size 21 x 2 = 42 inches (for a high bust point). The length from the top of the shoulder seam to the bottom is 20.5 inches. I ordered a large and it fits perfectly. The jeans are stretchy enough that I can wear them buttoned up or unbuttoned. This summer I wore it with short sleeve shirts, in autumn and spring it looks perfect with 3/4 sleeves and in winter with long sleeve shirts. This is a stylish accessory for all seasons!
