Review on Connector Female Adapter Terminal Signal by Paul Wall

We bought the product TWICE and the first time we connected this RS232 with pin numbers. which were printed on page 2, 3, 5. (Standard RS232 connections) Well it turns out their printed numbers on their connector weren't 2,3,5 for RS232 which got us a ton of HEARTBURN from hooking up a home automation system to the security panel. We ended up checking with a multimeter and found that it uses pins 9, 8, 6! "Someone" at the factory must have been sleeping at work! The second time we bought this product we connected it to 9,8,6 and lo and behold......NOTHING AGAIN! Contact configuration with this manufacturer!The rest of the product works.…………….
