I ordered these for myself on the plane and as a base layer at home during the cold season because I don't particularly like slippers and my cashmere socks are too slippery on our tiled floors. To be honest they are really ugly on your feet. Seriously - VERY ugly. Worse than celadon socks hence four stars. Black might have been a better choice due to the solid color, but I like red so I'll put up with a disproportionate color design that makes my legs look shapeless and bold like a cartoon character or doll. I wear US size 6.5 / EU size 37 and ordered a medium size. Although they are a bit loose, they are very comfortable and (unlike slippers) do not sweat on your feet. They're great for flying and indoor shoes, but they're purely practical. Don't expect them to look stylish or be a comfortable substitute for ballet flats as they claim. If you want to look like ballet flats you'll need to find another option because they don't even come close, but if you want something cheap, almost weightless and washable that you can roll up and toss in your travel bag, this is definitely the case Ticket.
