Great scanner so far.

Like many others, we bought this scanner for production use. The scanner worked fine for a few months and now it doesn't. It still scans correctly. It will be successfully paired with the dongle or other Bluetooth device. It also connects via USB. However, it no longer sends any data when reading a barcode. I know this still happens because I was able to factory reset it and also connect to different Bluetooth devices. But as a keyboard device, it no longer works. I even tried to reset the language in case it was somehow forgotten. It scans but does not transmit what is scanned. I've tried multiple mobile devices and computers.
