The ability to track and report on our financial statements, as well as the inventory. In the future, it would be great to be able to track our sales and order processes. The customer support is exceptional. I've never had a time or received a response that I didn't appreciate. I have been able to streamline our accounting processes. We used a separate accounting program for accounting, and this was the perfect combination. Our accounting department now has more time to work on other aspects of the business. I like how easy it is to use this software as well as its features. It can be used by different people with no problem at all. The customer support is also great because they are always there when you need them. Sometimes i feel that some functions could have more customization but thats just me being picky haha. Great product overall! We're solving supply chain problems in our manufacturing business.
