They came with peeling paint and slight damage where some of the metal was worn. One of the brackets was bent and instead of being rejected at the factory for quality, another bracket was placed in the box. so I can fix it for you. As others have pointed out, the dowel pins were wrong and had to be ground down. They're fine if you're mechanically competent enough, but definitely not for everyone. Still better than paying $300 or so for OEM.
