Review on Miitech Professional Digital Ultrasonic Cleaner: Unparalleled Cleaning Power by John Murphy

I'm a bit disappointed. The product is specified with a tank capacity of 4.5 liters. However, it only holds one US gallon (3.78 liters). It holds 0.72 liters less than stated. As much as 3 cups of the tank is not enough! I thought they sent the wrong ultrasonic cleaner but the label on the unit clearly says the tank is 4.5 litres. The ultrasonic cleaner seems to work, but I haven't tried using the heat function yet. The machine is quite noisy, and although the booklet that comes with it states that putting a cap on the tank doesn't reduce the noise significantly.
