Done right in sensors
The O2 Threaded Plug is thicker than most plugs sold and the thread size is slightly larger to allow for shrinkage when applying and cooling the weld. Allows for the perfect fit of the O2 sensor. A little tip: you have to weld the connector to the connector. This prevents filament buckling and overheating during welding. Avoid screw plugs that are not included with the connector!
- plugs have an M18-1.5 thread and a recessed step to facilitate flush welding.
