This screen was installed by me with an aftermarket backup camera on my 2014 MB CLA 250; NTG 4.7, one CD, Navigation, one USB audio-in, Bluetooth audio-in, Bluetooth phone, NO AUX-in. The screen really connects and works. The only wired connection I made was the taillight backup camera; If you don't have one, I would recommend doing this at the same time as installing the screen. I had a bug outside the box that sometimes happens with all the electronics. With a time difference of 12 hours, I found the seller to be very quick to respond to my issue. Please note that due to time differences, they may not be available from 8am or 9am until around 6-7pm ET. Item was exchanged quickly. Installation was quick and easy, just follow the instructions. A few tips I would share to help with the installation process. - Got some extra screws and fasteners. If you like something, you will end up dropping it into an unrecoverable room - have a trim removal kit; Yes, you will need to remove the panel that sits behind the air vents to access the screen installation space. Buy a dedicated Mercedes breather tool, it's cheap and makes removing the air vent easier. The MB part number is 140589023300. You don't need to buy it from MB. - The space behind the OEM screen and the use of commands is limited, it requires patience to route the cables to where the screen is installed. - Ensure the large black power/host connectors and the A/B connectors are sealed/taped to prevent movement when the control box is reinstalled. I don't like putting things together only to have to take them apart again because the connector fell apart. - When reinstalling the control box, make sure that the hooks that hold the control box in place, the two plastic levers that hold the two screws are pointing all the way forward. Otherwise the control unit will not sit correctly. When reinstalling the control box I found that the best place to hang the cable is the space behind and below the hole in the control box. Best orientation for black power/host connection to vehicle in space. This should be the last thing going in there and should be up and down vertically, with the vehicle connection at the bottom and the connection to the ECU at the top. If you don't see your OEM screen capabilities, change the setting. Setting 2 was recommended for my CLA, however setting 4, intended for Class E, worked. After the installation is complete, read the user guide located in the application area on the screen. It will answer many questions, e.g. B. the password to change the logo on the screen. The screen works well, I highly recommend it and the seller.
