Where I am, everything about it is bad, cheap and useless. If I could give this a negative number of stars I would.1. I have a normal (not extended) toilet. It doesn't even come close. For example 2 inches or 4 inches less depending on how you rotate the mounts.2. Installation instructions are useless, wrong and incomplete.3. The whole attachment system is an amateur joke. This would be a bad example in any engineering class in a high school or college. The seat itself is cheaply made and doesn't look like it will last long.
