Great product, poor performance.

Okay, first let me say that the gasket set is fine. I gave it a star for attention. Most people look at bad reviews to see what's wrong with the product. I hope this review helps someone install and use this product in the future. I installed this seal kit after my power stroke failed to start in early 2004. The fillings showed signs of wear after six years of use. After installing the oil seals I still won't start a hot engine and have also noticed overheating of the oil in the engine. So I ordered a new oil cooler kit and a set of oil resistant tubes and plugs as the most likely problem. After the oil cooler, I pressurized the oil system and noticed that air was escaping around cylinder number 7. Standpipes come in and another pressure test and still an air leak. So I repressurized the nipples in the high pressure manifolds. And in area 7, more air escapes. So I installed the nozzle seals and found the air leakage had stopped. So go for a test drive, and after a few minutes of warming up, the engine will not start. So more air and more challenges. I'm starting to think it could be in the high pressure pump area. I pull out the turbine and drain hose and hear a strong air leak in the pump area. I take off the pump cover, check every seal, everything is fine. I check the pump, no leaks. At that moment, I'm looking at a gas can to burn the truck to the ground. As a distraction I decided to clean and paint the pump cover, I like clean engines. I took out the IPR and all the seals were broken. I had an air leak! But why? These were new fillings and it wasn't a cheap kit. After watching every video on YouTube and many hours of research on Google, I stumble upon the fact that there is an order to place a seal. The first photo shows three o-rings and a filter cover. One of the o-rings is square, not round. The order shown in Photo 1 is as follows, square by round, unless pressure breaks the seals. The second photo is from a company that makes parts for Ford and also shows the correct installation of the o-ring. I hope this helps someone, it was very painful for me to learn.
