I will definitely buy this again if needed. Background: Office for 1 person. On my expensive, beautiful Steelcase chair, the cylinder failed. Found a replacement online. Cool! But: it turned out that it was impossible to remove the old cylinder (it happens, google it). It's hard to work with nowhere to sit. Then I found this. **I was back to work in less than 24 hours and spent less time installing than it would have taken to find the right person at an office furniture store. ** The base was not packaged as nicely. As with the manufacturer, the instructions were very basic and I didn't find any helpful videos on the company's website. But it looks great, seems sturdy enough and is as easy to assemble as expected. (Assembling an office chair no matter where you buy the parts seems conceptually simple, no special tools required, lots of YouTube videos. BUT patience, work gloves and maybe a pretty big hammer are needed.)
