I'm a big guy. And I need a lot of pillows. Another reviewer mentioned that they were big and loved it. NOT ME I used Cloud 9 seats but when my old one started making weird noises and sounded like it was falling apart it was time to get a new one. And there were no seats available in Cloud 9. After reading and checking countless reviews, I decided on this one. It's a fairly small seat (especially compared to the Cloud 9), the ventilation doesn't really matter, and the cushion, well, I flattened it out pretty quickly and it was extremely uncomfortable at the time, almost feeling like a hard plastic seat. Maybe hard plastic would have been worse but after 30 miles I barely felt my bum! My second ride on this seat made me return to the store for a new seat! The cushion "bounces" and feels soft in my hands, but when actually sitting, you don't feel anything. Also that "Reflector" sticker on the back? This is the thinnest sticker and has been covered with air bubbles and waves. From the start he looked stupid. On the other hand, it contained an Allen key, a tiny wrench, and an ankle reflector. And overall I don't think it's a 'bad' seat, just not for a big guy cruising style sitting right on it!
