Review on Optimum Feedback by Jojo Howell

The interface is very easy to use in terms of creating new forms or surveys which I find particularly useful as it's not always possible (or even practical) at this stage when you're working with clients). There are some features that could be improved such as how well certain survey types work together - eg if i'm using an open ended question then don't add another multiple choice option so there isn’t too much clutter! Overall great platform but still improving their usability by adding more options / functionality where needed without making things overly complicated etc.
