I love how it integrates with my Salesforce, so that all of our data can be brought together in one place! The only downside has been some limitations when dealing with large volumes of content or more complex queries (e.g., having difficulty using "contains" query). It's easy enough to get into once you've learned what things do - but if your new you might have trouble getting started at first which would slow down adoption. For us solving customer service issues quickly by bringing everything related about them under 1 roof. We're now able to see where a given request falls within its owner's profile as well as their responsibilities overall, giving better visibility across teams. This also helps me keep track of follow up items from previous interactions easier than writing emails myself.
