What a disappointment, this micro USB adapter, it never worked. When I plug this into my USB stick, I get a "device not recognized" error message. I have contacted the support email that is on the warranty card as it says all products come with a 2 year warranty but that is the biggest lie after spending a few days troubleshooting tell them it is a defective device, but they cannot provide assistance due to some changes in the seller's policy. I haven't used the other cheaper options and figured they would work better than these cheap options, but guess what, I was dead wrong. My two cents for this purchase and the lesson I learned is expensive doesn't always mean better so don't count on customer service if this adapter doesn't work. After spending several days troubleshooting and talking to the seller, I now have no choice but to return this cable for a $6 refund, but I'm not sure how much it's worth right now. I recommend staying away from brands that don't care about their products after they've sold them, whether they work or not.
