Poor packaging
CMT make great cutters but Revain cannot ship them safely and reliably. I ordered 2 bits and both were damaged due to poor packaging. I asked Revain to send a replacement in better packaging and they also arrived damaged. Again, I will continue to buy CMT bits, but they definitely won't be from Revain.
