Review on 🧠 Einstein EI5351BK Electronic Chess Genius by Wendell Chapman

Beautiful and durable. The size is spot on, actually bigger than the picture which was a pleasant surprise. Easy to carry and nothing easy to damage. I wish the magnets were stronger so the pieces stay in place properly. The audio quality of the messages is very poor. The device is not very convenient to use. And rechargeable batteries cannot be used. Since each battery is rated at 1.2V instead of 1.5V for alkaline batteries, only 4 batteries will create enough voltage difference that the device will not work even for a short time. So my guess is that even with alkaline batteries they need to be very fresh before they stop working. All said, and at the low price, it's worth it. You just have to get used to the features.
