Chess Wizard on handheld games

Nobody I know seems to play chess well. Many years have passed, but the chess assistant is a very nice addition. He even shows me many things that I forgot. I'm glad I bought Chess Wizard.

Pros
  • Excellent Quality
Cons
  • Crumpled

Don't buy this!

This thing freezes in the middle of the game. He was kicked out. I found a very good replacement at RYO Chess Academy. I recommend that Revain stop selling Chess Wizard and sell Chess Academy instead.

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • Hard to say

Electronic Chess Game

This is a great little device for those who want to learn to play chess and test their skills. The device has many stages of development that allow the player to improve their skills. The device is a bit small, but otherwise great.

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • Speed

Well that seemed like a good idea.

I was surprised and happy to learn that my granddaughter plays chess. Since no one else in her family does, I gave her this electronic game. She shared with me that the game always told her her moves were illegal. That means she just thought she was playing chess, didn't know the moves and wasn't going to learn from the machine. A good game if the user finishes it.

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Almost everything ok

Not very comfortable. The sound quality is bad.

Beautiful and durable. The size is spot on, actually bigger than the picture which was a pleasant surprise. Easy to carry and nothing easy to damage. I wish the magnets were stronger so the pieces stay in place properly. The audio quality of the messages is very poor. The device is not very convenient to use. And rechargeable batteries cannot be used. Since each battery is rated at 1.2V instead of 1.5V for alkaline batteries, only 4 batteries will create enough voltage difference that the…

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Not safe

Some squares don't work. Aggravating.

I saw this complaint about Excalibur chess products on the internet after experiencing it myself. In my case the H8 square didn't work. Every time I had to castle on the kingside, the computer wouldn't let me continue. For those of you looking to buy this, the chess computer requires you to click (either on a piece or a finger) on the start and finish squares when a move is made. So when I say the square doesn't work, I mean the computer doesn't recognize clicking on that square. I returned…

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • I don't remember
