working last year They appear to be made out of rubber rather than poly or any other hard material so they provide adequate cushioning. I use them primarily as a soft contact surface for the hitch swingarms I make and I have also used them on tire carrier bumpers. I'm sure they work great for suspension bumpers too, I've used Energy's other bumpers in the past for suspension purposes and they're great. I recommend and will most likely buy them again in the future.
