Review on 150D Oxford Silver Weatherproof Car Cover for Sedans up to 160 inches - Amazon Basics by Vivian Eker

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Fits KIA Sorento 2017.

I cannot yet confirm the durability, water or weather resistance of this cover as I have just received it. My review should let buyers know that this case fits my 2017 KIA Sorento perfectly! I believe my car is 177" (grille to taillights) so it will fit the 184" max. It will fit without having to stretch. The case was relatively easy to put on. There is reflective tape on the front of the cover to mark where your headlights are. The slots for the rear view mirrors fit perfectly. There are zips on both side doors so you can get in if needed. There is an elastic band on the front and back, as well as straps with clips for attaching the cover to the car. I'm satisfied so far. Cover sent in prime time. I will report on further performance points later. I would order from this seller again. Update: 5/20/20: The case is holding up well. Removed all bug droppings (yes, I'm guessing dragonfly eggs) and bird droppings from my car! A word of advice: on a windy spring day (I live in Georgia) I went outside and this cover was removed from my car. land next to my car. I was glad it wasn't taken! Then I realized that I always have to fasten the 3 straps that are attached to the suitcase. I am 61 years old and can put this cover on by myself in about 5 minutes. The trick is to line up the cover from the hood to the taillights before tightening. Make sure the yellow lines on the cover line up correctly with the front and back! Grab the right (or left if you prefer) rear view mirror slot and put it on. This will hold the cover while you grab the underside of the cover next to the elastic and lift up (go around the other side of the car to cover the other rearview mirror). Now you can straighten all the coverage. Secure with ties/clips. The center strip/clip is difficult to attach as you have to pull it from side to side under the car. I adjusted it to the correct length and then attached a wooden clothespin to the end so it was heavy enough to throw under the car and pull to the other side. It works.👍 Maybe I'll post a short video later. Hope that helps! ☺
