I have a complete one size fits all kit for my 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport and after installing front seat covers that fit like a glove; found that the rear seat covers did not fit the rear seats properly. I checked out a few videos but couldn't find any that addressed my specific issues/obstacles so I contacted Oasis customer service and was actually able to meet Time Time, the owner of Oasis. He was very friendly and was willing to help where he could. In the end we agreed to get a refund for part of the rear seat kit, which he quickly processed. Ty was so sweet and really took the time to listen to our concerns and although he felt like if we were in person he could probably make it work for my car; He understood my disappointment (if you want to call it that) and refunded my money. Thanks Tai for the GREAT customer service. The front seat covers are beautiful and fit perfectly. The burgundy color, leather quality and design details made my rugged Jeep look luxurious! The padding and design cradles my body perfectly to a level of comfort I thought was unattainable in my type of vehicle. I am definitely a satisfied customer!
