The most helpful feature is having all of your appointments in one place for easy access! I wish it had more features to help with my practice workflow but so far there are no issues we have run into as an office using this system together (aside from some initial training).

It's very user friendly which makes our staff feel comfortable working within its confines quickly - they don't need extensive computer knowledge or experience like other systems require when you're trying to get them up-to speed fast!! This has been great because many times clients come back looking specifically at Axium since their previous dentist was not able/willing do certain procedures due to lack of insurance coverage etc., however once onboarded by us through AXIUM everything works seamlessly between offices allowing patient flow across practices without any problems whatsover.
