Hair curlers work best
They are perfect for creating beautiful medium curls. I'm African American and my hair is loose and falls over my shoulders. I cut my poles in half since I have short hair. So I get 12 small chopsticks instead of six. They still work the same. They are of good quality and last a long time. There were no problems with breakage or incorrect operation. Will definitely order more if needed.
