I was an SAE certified GM mechanic. Maybe that's why I really had no trouble removing and installing this launcher. According to YouTube, it took about 2 hours to install, and it took a man 45 minutes to remove a screw. Using my tools, I removed that bolt in 30 seconds and the entire starter motor in 30 minutes on a 2002 Envoy. Precision fit so it was very easy for me to even install it outside in Mesa, Arizona in the 110 degree heat. I would buy from this company again anytime. Danni
