Stamps OK, Junkbox

I've used these stamps in pottery a few times. When I closed the box a second time, I noticed that the latch had not engaged. He is very thin and thin. So the box doesn't close securely from day one. I've had them for about 2 weeks now and I also noticed a crack in the wood on the back of the box. basically an inferior pine box that wasn't properly dried before being assembled into the box. As for the important part of this topic, lit. Most letters work fine, some are harder to type, and the "Y" is crooked (tilted to the right). Some letters that have problems with clean deep impressions compared to other letters (which I've noticed so far) are "A", "B" and "K". You work under optimal conditions. Not critical, but it would be nice if they had an imprint of the letters above. Not only did you accidentally put the wrong stamp in the wrong slot, you can see which side is up before inserting the stamp. Overall, this is a really good deal for the money. I haven't used it on metal but it works well on ceramic/clay. If I find huge pucks I will try to make tokens in the future!

Pros
  • Includes capital letters AZ, numbers 0-9 and the '&' symbol for extreme versatility
Cons
  • Not bad, but...
